The Hypertherm 027055 is the genuine silicone lubricant for plasma torch o-rings.
A light film on every consumable and torch o-ring makes assembly easier, seals the joints, and extends o-ring life. The correct amount leaves the o-ring shiny with no built-up excess. Using the right lubricant avoids the contamination and flow restrictions that generic greases can cause, and a tube lasts a long time in normal use.
It is specified across the Hypertherm mechanised range, including XPR, HPRXD, HPR260/130, MAXPRO200, HSD130, HyPro2000, MAX200, HT2000, HD4070 and HD3070.
