Product details
The Hypertherm 027664 is the genuine coolant filter element for HPR130, HPR260, HPR130XD, HPR260XD, HPR400XD, HPR800XD, HSD130 and HT4400 plasma systems.
It is a 1.5 inch diameter polyethylene cylinder insert that sits in the coolant filter housing and catches debris before it reaches the pump and torch. Hypertherm includes one in the HPRXD torch rebuild and filter maintenance kits and two in the HSD130 and HT4400 annual kits, and the rule of thumb is a new element at every coolant change.
A blocked filter shows up as low coolant flow errors and shortens pump and consumable life. Note that MAXPRO200, MAX200, HT2000 and XPR use a different element (027005), so check the system before ordering.
