The Hypertherm 028872 is the genuine torch coolant, Cool Solution 70/30 propylene glycol, for liquid-cooled Hypertherm plasma systems, supplied in a 3.78L (1 US gal) bottle.
The right coolant holds the torch and consumables at their designed temperature, which protects electrode and nozzle life and guards the cooling circuit against corrosion. Use only genuine Hypertherm coolant, as substitutes can foul the passages.
It is the specified coolant across the Hypertherm mechanised range, including XPR, HPRXD, HPR260/130, MAXPRO200, HSD130, HyPro2000, MAX200, HT2000, HT4400, HD4070 and HD3070. This coolant is supplied in pairs, so orders are placed in multiples of two bottles and the price shown is per bottle.
