The Hypertherm 127039 is the genuine 6 inch power supply cooling fan, 230 CFM, 115 VAC 50/60 Hz, used across the HPR family: HPR130, HPR260, HPR130XD, HPR260XD, HPR400XD and HPR800XD.
Hypertherm's preventive maintenance schedules replace these fans as a set at the major service interval, and the number per machine grows with the power supply: 2 in an HPR130 or HPR130XD, 4 in an HPR260 or HPR260XD, 8 in an HPR400XD and 16 in an HPR800XD. The larger 10 inch fan in the same power supplies is a different part (027079).
A failing fan usually announces itself with bearing noise or an over-temperature fault on a warm day. Replacing fans on schedule is cheap insurance for the choppers and transformer they cool. It does not fit MAXPRO200 or XPR power supplies.
