The Hypertherm 220162 is the genuine OEM HyPerformance quick-disconnect torch main body, listed by Hypertherm as the standard torch used in all applications on HPR260, HPR130, HD4070 and HD3070 systems.
It mates to the 220163 quick-disconnect receptacle and holds the full consumable stack of shield cap, shield, nozzle retaining cap, nozzle, swirl ring, electrode and water tube.
Torch body alignment and sealing set the cut quality ceiling for the whole system, so a genuine body is the difference between consumables reaching rated life and failing early.
HPRXD systems use a different torch body and are not covered by this part.
