The Hypertherm 220337 is the genuine OEM 80A nozzle for stainless steel cutting on HyPerformance HPR260, HPR130, HPRXD, HD4070 and HD3070 systems.
The nozzle shapes, directs and constricts the plasma arc, and the condition of its orifice sets the cut quality of everything the machine produces. A worn orifice shows up as increased bevel angle and dross well before it fails outright.
At 80 amps stainless this nozzle pairs with electrode 220339, swirl ring 220179 and shield 220338.
