The Hypertherm 220343 is the genuine OEM 200A nozzle for stainless steel cutting on HyPerformance HPR260, HPR130, HPRXD and HD4070 systems.
The nozzle shapes, directs and constricts the plasma arc, and the condition of its orifice sets the cut quality of everything the machine produces. A worn orifice shows up as increased bevel angle and dross well before it fails outright.
At 200 amps stainless this nozzle pairs with electrode 220307, swirl ring 220342 and shield cap 220398.
