Product details
The Hypertherm 220352 is the genuine OEM 200 amp electrode for mild steel cutting on HyPerformance HPR260, HPRXD and HD4070 systems.
The electrode is the starting point and electrical contact point of the plasma arc. It wears through the hafnium insert as it works, and replacing it on measured pit depth rather than on hours protects the nozzle and the torch behind it.
At 200 amps this electrode pairs with nozzle 220354 and swirl ring 220353. A SilverPlus version, 220666, is available for the same process and typically delivers around twice the life of the copper electrode.
