The Hypertherm 220439 is the genuine OEM 260A nozzle for mild steel cutting on HyPerformance HPR260, HPR130 and HPRXD systems.
The nozzle shapes, directs and constricts the plasma arc, and the condition of its orifice sets the cut quality of everything the machine produces. A worn orifice shows up as increased bevel angle and dross well before it fails outright.
At 260 amps this nozzle pairs with electrode 220435 or SilverPlus electrode 220668, swirl ring 220436 and shield 220440.
