Product details
The Hypertherm 220528 is the genuine OEM low-amperage electrode for MAXPRO200, HSD130 and HyPro2000 plasma systems. It serves 50 amp Air on MAXPRO200 and HyPro2000, 50 amp oxygen on MAXPRO200, and 45 amp Air and nitrogen plus 50 amp oxygen on HSD130.
The electrode is the electrical contact point of the plasma arc, so a worn one costs you cut quality and speed before it fails outright. Genuine Hypertherm LongLife electrodes hold their bore and pit depth far longer than copies, keeping edges square across the life of the set.
Replace it once pit depth reaches the limit in your operator manual, and always change the electrode and nozzle as a pair.
