Part 220530 is the genuine Hypertherm nozzle for HSD130 plasma cutting systems running the 50 amp oxygen process on mild steel.
The nozzle shapes and constricts the plasma arc, so its condition sets your cut quality directly. On the 50 amp process it is the part that holds fine detail and small hole quality, so replace it as soon as the orifice edge softens rather than running it right out.
At 50A oxygen on an HSD130 this nozzle sits in a stack with shield 220532, shield cap 220578, swirl ring 220529, electrode 220528 and water tube 220521.
