The Hypertherm 220637 is the genuine OEM 200A to 800A shield cap for mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium cutting on HyPerformance HPRXD systems.
The shield cap is the outer retaining cap. It holds the shield in place over the nozzle and directs shield gas to the shield.
This shield cap covers every process from 200 amps to 800 amps across mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium, and is also the shield cap for the 80 amp and 130 amp bevel processes. HPR260/130 systems use shield cap 220398 instead.
