Product details
The Hypertherm 220649 is the genuine OEM 130A bevel electrode for mild steel cutting on HyPerformance HPR260, HPR130 and HPRXD systems.
The electrode is the starting point and electrical contact point of the plasma arc. It wears through the hafnium insert as it works, and replacing it on measured pit depth rather than on hours protects the nozzle and the torch behind it.
Bevel consumables are not interchangeable with straight-cut parts. At 130 amps bevel this electrode pairs with nozzle 220646, swirl ring 220179 and water tube 220700; the equivalent straight-cut electrode is 220181.
