The Hypertherm 220740 is the genuine OEM 130A/260A bevel nozzle retaining cap for mild steel cutting on HyPerformance HPRXD systems.
The nozzle retaining cap is the inner cap. It holds the nozzle and swirl ring in place while directing coolant flow around the outside of the nozzle.
Bevel consumables are not interchangeable with straight-cut parts. This cap covers the 130 amp and 260 amp mild steel bevel processes; the 80 amp and 200 amp bevel processes use cap 220845.
