Product details
The Hypertherm 220763 is the genuine OEM 260A shield for stainless steel and aluminium cutting on HyPerformance HPRXD systems.
The shield protects and cools the consumables behind it, taking the molten spatter thrown up during piercing so the nozzle does not. On some processes it also contributes to the swirling action of the plasma gas.
At 260 amps this shield pairs with nozzle 220406, swirl ring 220405 and electrode 220307 on both the stainless steel and aluminium processes.
