The Hypertherm 220788 is the genuine OEM short torch mounting sleeve for HyPerformance HPRXD systems, 114 mm (4.5 inch) long with a 50.8 mm (2 inch) outside diameter.
The mounting sleeve clamps the torch to the gantry or lifter. Its length sets how far the torch reaches below the mount, so choosing between sleeves is a question of machine geometry rather than cutting process. The diameter is common across the HPRXD range.
A standard sleeve, 220789, is also stocked at 178 mm (7 inch). Hypertherm lists extended and rotational sleeves for HPRXD systems as well, which Plazmax does not hold; contact us if your setup needs one of those.
