The Hypertherm 220814 is the genuine OEM 60A HDi nozzle retaining cap for stainless steel cutting on HyPerformance HPRXD systems.
The nozzle retaining cap is the inner cap. It holds the nozzle and swirl ring in place while directing coolant flow around the outside of the nozzle.
This cap is specific to the 60 amp HDi process, which delivers HyDefinition cut quality on thin stainless from 3 mm to 6 mm. It pairs with nozzle 220847 and shield 220815.
