Product details
The Hypertherm 220831 is the genuine OEM nozzle for the 200A oxygen mild-steel process on MAXPRO200 and HyPro2000 systems, including CCW cutting.
At full 200A the nozzle bore takes real punishment, so genuine Conical Flow geometry and cooling are what keep the kerf tight and the edge square across the life of the set.
Replace it with the electrode when the bore erodes and the cut widens.
