The Hypertherm 220834 is the genuine OEM swirl ring for the 200A oxygen mild-steel process on MAXPRO200 and HyPro2000 systems.
It sets the swirl on the plasma gas that centres the arc through the nozzle for fast, square 200A O2 cuts, and worn ports let the arc wander and drop edge quality. Genuine Hypertherm parts hold the exact vent geometry the LongLife process is tuned for, so life stays consistent.
