The Hypertherm 220892 is the genuine OEM nozzle for the 130A Air and nitrogen processes on MAXPRO200 and HyPro2000 systems, across mild steel, stainless and aluminium.
The nozzle sets the arc's shape and constriction, so its bore condition governs kerf, speed and angle at 130A. Genuine Hypertherm Conical Flow geometry and cooling keep those cuts consistent over a long life. Replace with the electrode as a set once the bore opens up.
On a MAXPRO200 the 130A oxygen nozzle is 220893, not this part. On a MAX200 fitted with the HyPro2000 upgrade torch, catalogue 880620 R12 page 32 lists this nozzle for the 130A oxygen process instead.
