Product details
The Hypertherm 220935 is the genuine OEM shield cap for MAXPRO200 and HyPro2000 machine torches, the clockwise version without the IHS ohmic-sensing tab. Some Hypertherm tables print this part as a retaining cap.
The cap holds the shield in place over the nozzle and directs the shield gas, so a true fit is what keeps the whole consumable stack sealed and aligned.
Use 220935 where your height control does not rely on ohmic contact; where it does, fit the tabbed 220936 instead. Replace if the threads or seat are damaged.
