The Hypertherm 228797 is the genuine OEM bulk pack of 25 x 220990 105 A nozzles for Duramax and Duramax Lock torches on the Powermax105. It is the same nozzle as the 220990 pack of 5, boxed in 25s for busy cutting tables, at a lower price per nozzle.
Match the nozzle to the amperage you set: running a nozzle above its rating damages the orifice quickly. Nozzles are normally changed together with the electrode (220842, also available as bulk pack 228767). On a cutting table it runs with the 220993 shield (or 220955 deflector), the 220854 or 220953 ohmic retaining cap and the 220994 swirl ring.
Hypertherm publishes mechanised cut charts on mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium using air, and on stainless steel using F5 at 45 to 105 A on the Powermax65, Powermax85 and Powermax105.
