The Hypertherm 420044 is the genuine OEM nozzle for the 200A Air and nitrogen processes on MAXPRO200 and HyPro2000 systems, across mild steel, stainless and aluminium.
It is the current part for full-amp 200A Air cutting and replaces the legacy 220903. The nozzle shapes and constricts the arc, so a genuine bore holds kerf and angle where copies drift. Replace it with the electrode as a matched set once the bore opens up.
On a MAX200 fitted with the HyPro2000 upgrade torch, catalogue 880620 R12 page 32 also lists this nozzle for the 200A oxygen process.
