The Hypertherm 420151 is the genuine OEM FineCut nozzle for Duramax Hyamp torches on the Powermax125, at 30-45 A, supplied as a pack of 5. Hypertherm also lists Duramax Hyamp torches and consumables as compatible with the Powermax45 XP, Powermax65, Powermax85 and Powermax105.
FineCut gives a narrower kerf and a smaller heat-affected zone on thin sheet, for detailed parts. On a cutting table the Duramax Hyamp FineCut stack is the 420152 FineCut shield, the 220977 retaining cap or 420156 ohmic cap, the 420151 FineCut nozzle, the 220971 electrode and the 220997 swirl ring.
Hypertherm publishes FineCut cut charts on mild steel and stainless steel using air.
Hypertherm's F5 process is not intended for Duramax Hyamp torches or consumables.
