Product details
Genuine Hypertherm shield 420475 for the XPR X-Definition plasma cutting range. The shield protects and cools the other consumables, especially the nozzle, from molten spatter.
Fitment: 300 A on the N2/H2O process, for stainless steel and aluminium. Listed in Hypertherm catalogue 880620 R12, page 6.
The XPR torch stack is shield cap, shield, nozzle retaining cap, nozzle, swirl ring, electrode and water tube. Shield cap 420200, nozzle retaining cap 420365 and water tube 420368 are common to every XPR amperage and process, so only the shield, nozzle, swirl ring and electrode change between set-ups.
