The Hypertherm 428936 is the genuine OEM cartridge for mechanised cutting at 105 A on the Powermax105 SYNC machine torch.
105 A is the full output of the Powermax105 SYNC and this cartridge fits that system alone, because the 65 and 85 SYNC machines cannot reach the amperage. At 105 A Hypertherm gives the system a recommended cut capacity of 32 mm and severance of 50 mm, so this is the cartridge for the heaviest plate the machine will take.
Hypertherm publishes cut charts for this cartridge on mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium using air, and on stainless steel using F5. See cut charts guide 810500MU Revision 4, and Hypertherm catalogue 880200 R21 pages 18 and 47.
