Product details
The Hypertherm 220353 is the genuine OEM 200A swirl ring for mild steel cutting on HyPerformance HPR260, HPRXD and HD4070 systems.
The swirl ring controls the swirling action of the plasma gas around the electrode. That swirl centres the arc on the electrode and through the nozzle, which is what delivers faster cut speeds and thicker cut capability.
At 200 amps this swirl ring pairs with SilverPlus electrode 220666, nozzle 220354 and shield 220356. It is the standard clockwise rotation part; counter-clockwise mirror-image cutting uses a separate part number.
