Product details
The Hypertherm 220356 is the genuine OEM 200A shield for mild steel cutting on HyPerformance HPR260, HPR130 and HD4070 systems.
The shield protects and cools the consumables behind it, taking the molten spatter thrown up during piercing so the nozzle does not. On some processes it also contributes to the swirling action of the plasma gas.
At 200 amps this shield pairs with SilverPlus electrode 220666, nozzle 220354 and swirl ring 220353. HPRXD systems use shield 220761 for the same process.
