Product details
The Hypertherm 220541 is the genuine OEM 260A bevel electrode for mild steel cutting on HyPerformance HPR260, HPR130 and HPRXD systems.
The electrode is the starting point and electrical contact point of the plasma arc. It wears through the hafnium insert as it works, and replacing it on measured pit depth rather than on hours protects the nozzle and the torch behind it.
Bevel consumables are not interchangeable with straight-cut parts. At 260 amps bevel this electrode pairs with nozzle 220542, swirl ring 220436 and water tube 220571; the equivalent straight-cut electrode is 220435.
