The Hypertherm 220635 is the genuine OEM nozzle retaining cap for the 400 amp mild steel and 600 amp H35 stainless steel processes on HyPerformance HPRXD systems.
The nozzle retaining cap is the inner cap. It holds the nozzle and swirl ring in place while directing coolant flow around the outside of the nozzle.
This cap serves the 400 amp mild steel process and the 600 amp stainless steel process on H35, on both straight-cut and bevel torches.
