The Hypertherm 220754 is the genuine OEM 30A/50A nozzle retaining cap for mild steel cutting on HyPerformance HPRXD systems.
The nozzle retaining cap is the inner cap. It holds the nozzle and swirl ring in place while directing coolant flow around the outside of the nozzle.
This cap covers the 30 amp and 50 amp mild steel processes on all HPRXD systems. HPR260/130 systems use cap 220313 for the same processes.
