Product details
The Hypertherm 220762 is the genuine OEM 200A shield for stainless steel and aluminium cutting on HyPerformance HPRXD systems.
The shield protects and cools the consumables behind it, taking the molten spatter thrown up during piercing so the nozzle does not. On some processes it also contributes to the swirling action of the plasma gas.
At 200 amps this shield pairs with nozzle 220343 on stainless steel and nozzle 220346 on aluminium, both with swirl ring 220342 and electrode 220307.
