The Hypertherm 220941 is the genuine OEM 45 A nozzle for Duramax and Duramax Lock torches on the Powermax45 XP, Powermax65, Powermax85 and Powermax105, supplied as a pack of 5.
The nozzle orifice shapes and constricts the arc, so its condition decides kerf width, bevel and dross. Match the nozzle to the amperage you set: running a nozzle above its rating damages the orifice quickly. Nozzles are normally changed together with the electrode. On a cutting table it runs with the 220817 shield (or 220955 deflector), the 220854 or 220953 ohmic retaining cap, the 220842 electrode and the 220857 swirl ring (220994 on a Powermax105).
