The Hypertherm 228761 is the genuine OEM bulk pack of 25 x 220930 FineCut nozzles for Duramax and Duramax Lock torches on the Powermax45 XP, Powermax65, Powermax85 and Powermax105, at 30-45 A. It is the same nozzle as the 220930 pack of 5, boxed in 25s, at a lower price per nozzle.
FineCut gives a narrower kerf and a smaller heat-affected zone on thin sheet, for detailed parts. On a cutting table the FineCut stack is the 220948 ohmic shield or 220955 deflector, the 220854 or 220953 ohmic retaining cap, this nozzle, the 220842 electrode and the 220947 FineCut swirl ring.
Hypertherm publishes mechanised FineCut cut charts on mild steel and stainless steel using air. Hypertherm does not recommend F5 with FineCut consumables.
