The Hypertherm 026009 is a genuine silicone o-ring, 0.208 in inside diameter by 0.070 in cross-section (5.28 x 1.78 mm), standard size AS568-009.
Hypertherm lists 026009 as the o-ring for the 220161 bullet plugs in the HPRXD cartridge torch rebuild kit 528106. Its XPR torch filter maintenance kits 428639 and 428640 include eight, together with three 220161 bullet plugs.
Lightly lubricate with Hypertherm silicone lubricant 027055 when fitting, and replace any o-ring that is cut, flattened or swollen.
