The Hypertherm 044028 is a genuine Buna-N (nitrile) o-ring, 70 durometer, 1.364 in inside diameter by 0.070 in cross-section (34.65 x 1.78 mm), standard size AS568-028.
Hypertherm includes two 044028 o-rings in its XPR torch filter maintenance kits 428639 and 428640, the 500-hour service kits for XPR170, XPR300 and XPR460 systems. It is also used on the HD4070 and HySpeed HT4400 systems.
Lightly lubricate with Hypertherm silicone lubricant 027055 when fitting, and replace any o-ring that is cut, flattened or swollen.
