The Hypertherm 220173 is the genuine OEM 30A to 130A shield cap for mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium cutting on HyPerformance HPR260, HPR130, HD4070 and HD3070 systems.
The shield cap is the outer retaining cap. It holds the shield in place over the nozzle and directs shield gas to the shield.
This shield cap covers every process from 30 amps to 130 amps across mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium. The IHS tab supports ohmic initial height sensing. HPRXD systems use shield cap 220747 instead.
