Product details
The Hypertherm 220182 is the genuine OEM 130A nozzle for mild steel cutting on HyPerformance HPR260, HPR130, HPRXD and HD4070 systems.
The nozzle shapes, directs and constricts the plasma arc, and the condition of its orifice sets the cut quality of everything the machine produces. A worn orifice shows up as increased bevel angle and dross well before it fails outright.
At 130 amps this nozzle pairs with electrode 220181 or SilverPlus electrode 220665, swirl ring 220179 and shield 220183. HD3070 systems use nozzle 220510 for their 100 amp process instead.
