Product details
The Hypertherm 220197 is the genuine OEM 130A nozzle for stainless steel and aluminium cutting on HyPerformance HPR260, HPR130, HPRXD and HD4070 systems.
The nozzle shapes, directs and constricts the plasma arc, and the condition of its orifice sets the cut quality of everything the machine produces. A worn orifice shows up as increased bevel angle and dross well before it fails outright.
At 130 amps this nozzle pairs with swirl ring 220179 and shield 220198 on both the stainless steel and aluminium processes, with electrode 220307. On the HPR260/130 and HPRXD aluminium process the electrode is 220307 on H35 and 220181 on Air.
