The Hypertherm 220340 is the genuine OEM 30A to 260A water tube for mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium cutting on HyPerformance HPR260, HPR130, HPRXD, HD4070 and HD3070 systems.
The water tube carries coolant to the electrode and is critical to effective electrode cooling. A correctly seated water tube with a lubricated o-ring is what keeps the electrode running to its rated life.
This water tube serves every straight-cut process from 30 amps to 260 amps across mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium. Bevel torches use a different water tube.
