The Hypertherm 220398 is the genuine OEM 200A shield cap for mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium cutting on HyPerformance HPR260 and HD4070 systems.
The shield cap is the outer retaining cap. It holds the shield in place over the nozzle and directs shield gas to the shield.
This shield cap covers the 200 amp process on HPR260 and HD4070, and the 260 amp process on HPR260, across mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium. It is also the shield cap for the 130 amp bevel process on HPR260 and HPR130, and the 260 amp bevel process on HPR260. HPRXD systems use shield cap 220637 instead.
