Product details
The Hypertherm 220606 is the genuine OEM 130A/260A bevel electrode for stainless steel cutting on HyPerformance HPR260, HPR130 and HPRXD systems.
The electrode is the starting point and electrical contact point of the plasma arc. It wears through the hafnium insert as it works, and replacing it on measured pit depth rather than on hours protects the nozzle and the torch behind it.
Bevel consumables are not interchangeable with straight-cut parts. This electrode covers both the 130 amp and 260 amp stainless steel bevel processes; at 130 amps it pairs with nozzle 220656 and at 260 amps with nozzle 220607, both using water tube 220571.
