Product details
The Hypertherm 220632 is the genuine OEM 400A nozzle for mild steel cutting on HyPerformance HPRXD systems.
The nozzle shapes, directs and constricts the plasma arc, and the condition of its orifice sets the cut quality of everything the machine produces. A worn orifice shows up as increased bevel angle and dross well before it fails outright.
At 400 amps mild steel this nozzle pairs with electrode 220629, swirl ring 220631 and shield 220636, on both straight-cut and bevel torches.
