The Hypertherm 220747 is the genuine OEM 30A to 130A shield cap for mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium cutting on HyPerformance HPRXD systems.
The shield cap is the outer retaining cap. It holds the shield in place over the nozzle and directs shield gas to the shield.
This shield cap covers every process from 30 amps to 130 amps across mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium, including the 60 amp HDi process. HPR260/130 systems use shield cap 220173 instead.
