Product details
The Hypertherm 220756 is the genuine OEM 80 amp and 130 amp mild steel nozzle retaining cap for HyPerformance HPRXD systems.
The nozzle retaining cap is the inner cap. It holds the nozzle and swirl ring in place while directing coolant flow around the outside of the nozzle.
This cap covers the 80 amp and 130 amp mild steel processes, the 130 amp stainless steel process on N2 and the 130 amp aluminium process on Air, and the 45 amp aluminium process. On the mirror-image (CCW) torch it also serves the 45 amp and 80 amp non-ferrous processes and the 130 amp non-ferrous process on H35. HPR260/130 systems use cap 220176 for the equivalent processes.
