Product details
The Hypertherm 220802 is the genuine OEM 80A bevel electrode for mild steel cutting on HyPerformance HPRXD systems.
The electrode is the starting point and electrical contact point of the plasma arc. It wears through the hafnium insert as it works, and replacing it on measured pit depth rather than on hours protects the nozzle and the torch behind it.
Bevel consumables are not interchangeable with straight-cut parts. At 80 amps mild steel bevel this electrode pairs with nozzle 220806, retaining cap 220845 and shield 220742.
