The Hypertherm 220845 is the genuine OEM 80A/200A bevel nozzle retaining cap for mild steel cutting on HyPerformance HPRXD systems.
The nozzle retaining cap is the inner cap. It holds the nozzle and swirl ring in place while directing coolant flow around the outside of the nozzle.
Bevel consumables are not interchangeable with straight-cut parts. This cap covers the 80 amp and 200 amp mild steel bevel processes; the 130 amp and 260 amp bevel processes use cap 220740.
