The Hypertherm 428263 is the genuine preventive maintenance kit that rebuilds the HPRXD torch and renews the coolant filter and the air filter in one go, listed by Hypertherm for HPR130XD, HPR260XD, HPR400XD and HPR800XD systems.
The kit holds the torch o-rings, torch seal, four bullet plugs, a quick-disconnect connector, the standard water tube (220340) and the bevel water tube (220571), a tube of silicone lubricant (027055), the coolant filter element (027664) and the air filter element (011110). Coolant is not included, so order 028872 separately if you are changing coolant at the same service.
Which kit do I need? The original, non-XD HPR130 and HPR260 take 428309. If you only need the torch parts, with no filters, see 128879. This is not the kit for XPR or MAXPRO200, which have their own maintenance kits.
