Product details
The Hypertherm 220338 is the genuine OEM 80A shield for stainless steel cutting on HyPerformance HPR260, HPR130, HPRXD, HD4070 and HD3070 systems.
The shield protects and cools the consumables behind it, taking the molten spatter thrown up during piercing so the nozzle does not. On some processes it also contributes to the swirling action of the plasma gas.
At 80 amps stainless this shield pairs with electrode 220339, nozzle 220337 and swirl ring 220179.
